Job Summary
Lead discussions with project and business teams to document current state, desired process flows, use cases, and mockups. Create and obtain approval for Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Data Mapping Documents while serving as the Functional expert for use cases and test case scenarios. Participate in solution delivery, schedule management, and scope control, contributing to Solution Review Board sessions and ROI business case documents. Recommend process improvements and ensure understanding of functional changes across IT design, development, and testing teams. Document and maintain business and IT process flow repositories while managing requirements for multiple enterprise-sized projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Supply Chain or relevant field of study is preferred
- 2+ years of Business analysis experience including System design, Solution and system analysis is required
- Regular onsite attendance required
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
Desired Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Supply Chain or relevant field of study is preferred
- Experience in Supply Chain Systems like Manhattan WM (Active), TMS (OTM), YMS(PINC) is preferred
- Experience in interface mapping is preferred
- Expertise in JSON, API, EDI is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external
- Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
- Understand software delivery lifecycle with focus on requirement management and system analysis
- Ability to represent complex issues based on comprehensive analysis in a holistic and understandable manner
- Ability to brainstorm and lead efforts to gather, document and validate requirements where business expertise is lacking or non-existent
- Display an understanding of upstream and downstream applications and the implications of proposed requirements and/or solutions
- Rapid absorption of new information or new domain knowledge
- Quick learner – able to pick up new concepts, methods and obtain deep understanding of systems and interface
