Business Analyst - IT

Analyze and document functional, technical, and business requirements to ensure clear understanding across all involved areas. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. Manage the full requirements lifecycle from identification through validation and implementation within technology projects. Act as the liaison between business units, the IT team, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and ensure requirement clarity. Evaluate business processes from a technological perspective to propose innovative solutions that optimize operations and add organizational value. Prepare functional and technical documentation guaranteeing traceability, quality, and clarity of deliverables. Participate in planning, execution, and follow-up of functional testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements. Requires a degree in Systems Engineering or similar, at least two years of experience as a business analyst, high-level English and Office skills, and strong analytical and financial focus.
