Job Summary
Gather, understand, analyze and translate Front Office user needs into detailed functional specifications; translate into technical specs with development teams; develop and build test cases and conduct functional tests affecting PV and Risks; create automized non-regression tests with release manager; perform user acceptance testing and integration/regression testing; assist in workload estimation and production deployment steps; contribute to 3rd level support and maintain comprehensive documentation; based in Lisbon with hybrid remote work and occasional travel to Porto and Paris; strong knowledge of Front Office/Middle Office workflows, financial products, and testing across Booking/Valuation/Platform/Reporting domains; SQL proficiency; prefer Summit Front Office or Murex familiarity; English C1, Portuguese and French optional; collaborative, autonomous, and cross-functional communicator.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows (P&L; OTC trades/credits IR: swaps, CDS, bonds, repo, MM; some FX; some regulatory)
- Financial products knowledge: credit derivatives, interest rates derivatives, cash, FX, and Options
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols, namely on Booking (new products), Valuation, Platform and Reporting projects
- SQL
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Summit Front Office or Murex
- Soft Skills: Autonomy, verbal and written communication abilities, cross-functional coordination, ability to influence stakeholders
- English: level C1
- Nice to have: Portuguese C1
- Nice to have: French level B2
- Nice to have: Green Transportation Budget, ESG/DEI awareness
