Business Analyst

Monitor, track, and execute merger and acquisition synergy business case plans to ensure projected value creation. Partner with business leaders and functional teams to identify synergy opportunities, mitigate risks, and align with integration timelines. Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain stakeholders to review progress, develop actionable plans, and facilitate governance reviews for seamless integration. Prepare monthly management reports on top-line growth, bottom-line impact, and synergy realization. Present integration updates, performance dashboards, and progress reviews to senior leadership and project governance teams. Contribute to enhancing M&A integration methodologies, reporting frameworks, and tracking mechanisms to drive sustainable business performance. Work five days a week.
