Job Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality, timely development and input for client projects in service delivery and managed services. Key responsibilities include analyzing and reviewing client requirements, developing detailed requirements and design documentation, conducting customer trainings, and leading small teams. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in relevant fields, a Bachelor's degree, and specific knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including consulting methodologies and quality regulations. Familiarity with software implementation and effective time management skills are essential for success.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of related experience
- Familiarity with quality regulations in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
- Prior experience with software implementations in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
- Prior experience in authoring project documents such as business requirements document, technical requirements document, test scripts, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize work and deliver on tight deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques, related to functional area
- Knowledge of current events and developments in the industry
- Knowledge of quality management processes in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
- Effective time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- CCBA Certification (from IIBA) is a plus
