Job Summary
Gather and document requirements for digital wealth enablement initiatives while supporting PI planning and Agile ceremonies for the wealth workstream. Conduct process mapping and stakeholder management across business and technology teams to contribute BA expertise to wealth management journeys and Relationship Manager-facing initiatives. Support backlog grooming and requirement validation throughout the delivery lifecycle. This role requires 8–12 years of overall experience with a mandatory 5 years of recent BFSI background. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred, with a maximum 30-day notice period accepted. Candidates can be based at any India delivery location, with a preference for Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Proven experience working in digital environments and initiatives
- Strong PI (Program Increment) planning capabilities
