Job Summary
Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities using Excel and ERP systems. Prepare performance reports and dashboards covering inventory levels, delivery times, and procurement metrics. Assist in process mapping, documentation, and the implementation of new tools to enhance supply chain operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and finance teams to align activities with business goals and address challenges. Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and optimize procurement efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
- Proficient using Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)
- Proven ability to clearly communicate, manage work tasks, and provide status updates
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Team oriented, strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Passion for aerospace, space technology, and innovation
- U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce, as applicable
- Eligible to access equipment and data regulated by the United States' International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 3+ years of Purchasing/Inventory Planning experience
- Proficient in MRP systems
- Prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous internship or project experience in supply chain or procurement
