Job Summary
Assist senior Business Analysts in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, preparing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. Document business processes using flowcharts or diagrams and participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with development teams, QA teams, and Product Owners to support end-to-end exposure to the software development lifecycle. Deliver a final capstone project featuring requirement documentation, process diagrams, and a presentation of findings.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of: Requirements gathering techniques
- Basic knowledge of: Writing user stories and use cases
- Basic knowledge of: Process modeling (BPMN / UML)
- Basic knowledge of: Wireframing and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with tools such as: Jira, Trello, Confluence
- Familiarity with tools such as: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn
- Effective time management
- Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or Other related disciplines
