Job Summary
The Business Analyst Intern will support the Simplification Global team in driving digital transformation and process optimization initiatives across the organization. This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience translating business needs into data-driven insights and improved ways of working. Responsibilities include building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, managing trackers in Nexus/Sitracker, identifying opportunities for automation and data integration, documenting and validating business requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, supporting UAT and change management, mapping current and future processes, tracking KPIs, and aiding in internal/external presentations. Fluency in Spanish and English and an interest in renewable energy and sustainability are required; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is expected; certifications in Power BI or data analytics are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Entry-level; some exposure to Power BI and data analytics (through academic projects, internships, or coursework) is required.
