Job Summary
Support GBPO team by creating automation solutions, dashboards, and reports; gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable data and reporting solutions that support business objectives. Assist in design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions; monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues. Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using approved tools; ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards. Perform data analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities; contribute to process improvement initiatives and data-driven recommendations. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx) is preferred; experience with SQL and scripting languages (Python, VBA) and Lean/Six Sigma methods is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of business process analysis and workflow documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
