Business Analyst - Intern

Job Summary
Liaise with business stakeholders to document current and preferred business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate workshops. Assist with business case development, advise staff on software implementation, and supervise application support staff. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to design new conversations, intents, and knowledge bases. Carry out system testing, identify critical defects, and create AS-IS/TO-BE process mappings. Demonstrate core skills in requirements elicitation, process design, and data analysis while managing communication and change across all relevant stakeholders. Gain first-hand exposure to implementing digital transformation projects in an enterprise, including Business Analytics, CRM, and other enterprise solutions within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional communicating skills, including advanced written and verbal English competency
- Holding a degree in ICT
- At least 1-3 years proven experience in the successful management and delivery of technology or ICT related projects
- Knowledge and experience of Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies
- Proven capability and experience in working with organisations to assist the development of business concepts through to final delivery
- Proven experience working within small to large projects with a good understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills, including both oral and written communication, in addition to strong stakeholder engagement skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and effectively manage expectations
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of independence and professionalism, including the ability to prioritise and undertake a varied workload and respond positively and flexibly to change
Desired Qualifications
- Experiences in Health, Government or Financial Services would be highly desirable
