Job Summary
Associate Advisor role providing data-driven consulting support across projects. Build client relations, interpret data into strategic recommendations, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers/designers. Gather and organize data to build dashboards for improved visibility; assist in user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Requires on-site work in San Juan, Puerto Rico; bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5-10 years of experience; fluency in English and Spanish; strong MS Office skills; knowledge in process optimization, systems implementation, project management, or client engagement and consulting. Familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work on site in San Juan, Puerto Rico
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Extremely proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in process optimization, systems implementation, project management or client engagement and consulting
