Business Analyst (Industrial Engineering)

Job Summary
Design and create specifications for sales and account management teams while collaborating with managers to document business processes. Develop functional system requirements, manage requirements in automated systems, and ensure traceability through change control processes. Document requirement gathering sessions, use cases, and UAT scenarios, then develop training manuals and conduct client training. Create automated functional and regression testing tools for business applications, including web-based systems. Design control systems to minimize costs, prepare material lists and cost analyses, and determine facility layouts and personnel needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role
- Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards
