Job Summary
Conduct discrete business analyses by breaking down client problems into testable hypotheses, collecting and modeling data, and interpreting results to present findings and develop strategic recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and client members to implement change while structuring testing approaches and communicating data-driven stories. Gain direct exposure to diverse clients across industries from day one, applying numerical and quantitative analysis to solve discrete business problems. Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to client locations in the US and internationally is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- Major in Economics, Engineering, Business, Statistics or Mathematics
- Record of outstanding academic performance
- Ability to enjoy problem solving
- Ability to think on their feet
- Ability to develop creative solutions
- Ability to work and contribute in a team-based environment
- Comfort with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis
- Ability to use data to solve problems
- Excellent leadership credentials demonstrated through extracurricular activities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to complete deliverables with short deadlines
- Willingness to travel to client locations (in the US as well as internationally) up to 80% of the time
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
