Job Summary
Business Analyst III / Sr Test Analyst responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT, translating complex business needs into application software. Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal solutions, acts as a resource to software users, and may provide direction to team members. Develops detailed test cases from requirements/use cases, identifies test data needs, performs test execution, and reports defects; conducts defect triage meetings, retesting and closure, and reports test execution metrics. Requires BA/BS and minimum of 5 years' business analysis experience; preferred experience in US Healthcare/pharmacy claims testing and end-to-end testing. Strong collaboration and communication skills required. Location-based hybrid work arrangement (in-office 1-2 days per week) with alternate locations considered for commuting-distance candidates; salary range provided for specified locations. Work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00AM–5:00PM (EST). Required Qualifications
- BA/BS
- Minimum 5 years business analysis experience
- Minimum 5 years testing experience in US Healthcare domain is preferred
- Experience with end-to-end testing and test automation tools is preferred
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
