Job Summary
Contract-to-hire Business Analyst III in Atlanta, GA, focused on building an enterprise-wide CRM solution via Salesforce with embedded integrations to support Quote to Cash and order fulfillment. Responsible for facilitating creation of Business Requirements using agile or BPA methodologies, developing comprehensive E2E test cases, managing scoring/claims with stakeholders to ensure traceability, identifying risks and impacts of design changes, developing BRQs and process flows, conducting BRQ reviews, capturing agreed objectives with internal customers and external vendors, providing BA support for software testing and debugging, and delivering status reports on progress, issues, dependencies, and risks. Mentoring lower-level team members and influencing stakeholders is expected; strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 or more years of experience in related field (i.e. relevant business operations and/or system support, business process design, etc.)
- Workflow management experience
- CRM experience
- Process Flow creation experience
- 5 or more years of related experience if candidate possesses a related advanced degree and analytical thinking skills
- Requirements solicitation & documentation experience for new products, lifecycle management and/or enhancements
- Manage, follow, and adher to the long/short term product roadmap for CRM in conjunction with functional leads
- Experience in full life cycle implementation (requirements gathering, process design, configuration, functional design, testing, conversion, and deployment)
- Ability to grasp and explain complicated subject matter to others across the business that are less connected to the situation and/or are less technically oriented
- Exceptional business acumen and story-telling skills – the ability to communicate an insight to be understood easily and to drive action
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and think analytically
