Job Summary
Conduct business analysis for medium to large enhancements, translating requirements into documentation and collaborating with IT and operations teams. Lead year-end tax reporting processes, manage audit responses for CRA, MRQ, and IRS, and host annual retrospectives. Execute user acceptance and regression testing to ensure product rules meet documented needs while identifying optimization opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert in client taxation, resolving issues and proactively addressing project risks and impediments. Work onsite four days per week within our in-office model.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Analyst position
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Retrospectives, or other Agile frameworks
- Strong knowledge of User Acceptance testing (UAT)
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Strong focus on attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive identification and resolution of project risks and impediments
- Strong knowledge/understanding of various systems (Microsoft, JIRA, eCISS, Compass, Tableau, RPM SSUI/AUI)
- Onsite four days per week
