Job Summary
Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for the Department of Defense's next-generation Identity, Credential, and Access Management platform. Develop user personas, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and functional specifications supporting mobile authentication, enrollment, account recovery, and partner application integration. Analyze existing workflows to identify gaps and efficiencies, then translate complex operational needs into actionable requirements for technical teams. Prepare process maps, API integration guidance, and Requirements Traceability Matrices to support development, testing, and implementation within an Agile environment. Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and ensure compliance with federal standards and data security requirements while providing ongoing reporting to program stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, 9 years with HS Diploma
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Experience as a Business Analyst on federal government programs
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story development, and requirement management tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Self‐motivated and effective at working remotely
- This is a 100% remote role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting DMDC, DoD, or personnel data systems
- Familiarity with AMASS or similar large‐scale data matching programs
- Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or system integration activities
