Job Summary
Develop IAM strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity priorities. Partner with product managers to define product vision, OKRs, and success metrics while conducting market research and competitive analysis. Gather and validate business requirements, translate them into user stories and process flows, and support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning. Develop business cases for new capabilities, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure product requirements align with governance, risk, and compliance standards. Analyze IAM operational data to produce dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting packages that track adoption, utilization, and risk reduction metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, cyber security, or IAM-related functions
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and practices
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
