Business Analyst (IAM)

Job Summary
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features; translate business requirements into technical specifications with architects and technical teams; create and maintain user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps; act as SME for McDonald’s IAM application; coordinate with development teams and business during UAT; assist QA/testing teams in defect analysis; participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning; emphasize cross-team communication to improve customer, crew, and employee experience through IAM-focused solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management
- Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required)
- Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Exposure to Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Directory Services (VDS)
