Job Summary
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements while capturing IAM use cases and defining processes with business stakeholders. Support IAM domains including Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, PAM, reporting, and analytics. Develop governance documentation, policies, procedures, standards, and access reviews. Collaborate with AO, BO, and IAM Operations teams to secure business sign-off and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, auto-provisioning, and access reviews. Requires 8–10 years of experience in Capital Markets/Investment Banking with strong stakeholder communication skills. This six-month contract begins September 30, 2026, in Brussels, Belgium.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Experience with IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively across IAM projects
