Business Analyst

Business Analyst responsibilities include translating project goals into clear, achievable steps; applying Agile methods; breaking complex challenges into manageable tasks for the team; ensuring a shared understanding of functional requirements, expectations, and solution designs across technical, creative, and managerial stakeholders; collaborating with UX/UI designers to align user experience with business needs; working with QA to develop testing strategies and participate in regression testing; serving as SME on the ecommerce platform; creating comprehensive training materials for trainers and end users; documenting benefits, risks, and costs of solution options; managing requirement changes through structured change-management processes; identifying Risks and communicating them to project leads and managers; supporting communication, data quality, process reliability, and system integrity; and documenting procedures, policies, and guidelines needed for smooth daily operations.
