Job Summary
Business Analyst role focusing on data analytics and process improvement for law-enforcement projects at Booz Allen. Responsibilities include developing analytics processes, applying Agile practices, providing requirements management and task facilitation to enable deliveries, delivering detailed reports from data processing and analysis, and guiding technical teams toward solutions. Key skills include Jira and Confluence usage, communication with leaders and end-users, critical thinking to resolve team challenges, and the application of performance metrics ( lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical measures ). Strong emphasis on data-driven insights and collaboration within a security-conscious environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role, or 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Top Secret clearance
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Experience with Jira (requirements management tool)
- Experience with Confluence (collaboration tool)
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, development teams, and end-users
- Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and resolve team challenges
- Nice to have Scrum Certifications and SAFE Certifications
- Clearance: Top Secret or equivalent eligibility
