Business Analyst - Goregaon West

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed needs, then analyze information to identify gaps and inconsistencies. Create clear requirement documents including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories. Assist in prioritizing and validating requirements while participating in review sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Support conflict resolution and collaborate with design teams to ensure proper implementation. Analyze current processes to design optimized future-state workflows and oversee User Acceptance Testing to verify acceptance criteria. Maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Report to the Assistant General Manager as part of a multi-functional team.
