Job Summary
Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define requirements as Features and User Stories. Create deliverables including process maps, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios using industry-standard techniques. Facilitate backlog refinement, estimate stories, and collaborate on test cases while acting as a functional SME for stakeholders and the scrum team. Communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders to prioritize needs and evaluate alternative solutions. Coordinate activities across cross-functional Business and IT teams. Requires 5-10 years of IT BA experience with strong sustainability knowledge and SAFe expertise.

- 5-10 years IT BA experience
- Experience with documentation and building documentation, BRDs
- Experience with any sustainability experience
- Financial planning, finance
- Data analysis, reporting
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Strong understanding and exhibited experience with business analysis best practices
- Knowledge of IT Software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and as a team member alongside matrix project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate to both technical engineers and business users
- Experience with environmental sustainability processes and technology
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe), including key events such as Program Increment (PI) planning
