Job Summary
Validate system and end user functional requirements by working with clients to translate complex needs into business requirements for system design and development. Execute test scenarios, document results, and perform basic system analysis, RCA, and defect validation while supporting test plan development. Write detailed business requirements documents and participate in application design sessions with stakeholders and IT teams to define solutions meeting operation objectives. Interfacing with the client and development team during all stages of development, support system functional demonstrations, and assist in designing GUI views and user acceptance test plans. Requires 3+ years of experience with MS Office, SQL, and tools like Jira and SharePoint.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience
- eligibility and benefits administration experience for public assistance including SNAP and Cash Assistance
- execute test scenarios, document and validate test results, and support test plan development
- review requirements and create business requirements documentation
- translate complex data/analysis into a format that is suitable across various groups of stakeholders
- work with MS Office Suite, SQL, and defect tracking/version control tools such as Jira, SharePoint, DevOps
- worked in business process documentation, customer service environment, and supporting IT business processes
