Job Summary
Assess and document business requirements for integration with enterprise data center services, create system documentation including data flow diagrams, and analyze project tasks to streamline workflows. Operate within a web-based ticket system to create work requests while working independently to provide direction and training to other team members. Required Qualifications
- 60 months of experience assessing and documenting business requirements for integration with enterprise data center services
- 60 months of experience creating system documentation including data flow diagrams
- 60 months of experience analyzing project tasks to streamline workflows
- 60 months of experience working in a web-based ticket system to create work requests
- 60 months of experience working independently and providing direction and training to other members of the team
