Business Analyst

Analyze operational needs and technical solutions for digital projects, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. Facilitate the documentation process for gathering business requirements from various stakeholders and conduct detailed analysis of current operational processes to identify gaps and improvement areas. Design workflows and processes, converting business needs into implementation requirements while ensuring alignment between business impact and development team capabilities. Collaborate with software delivery teams to explain functional requirements and address technical challenges. Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria, develop test plans and scenarios, and actively support stakeholders during UAT to ensure delivered applications meet documented requirements. Manage the change process for requirements. Requires a Computer Science degree, 5–6 years of experience, English proficiency, and computer application skills.
