Job Summary
Design, build, and continuously improve the client online platform while researching and implementing new technology solutions that follow best practices. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products and analyze complex business and system processes independently. Deliver actionable recommendations from analysis through implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to payments, accounting, and financial reporting. Work within a challenging, innovating environment to support end-to-end business processes across multiple systems and organizational units.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, accounting principles, bookkeeping workflows, foreign exchange (FX), and financial transaction processing.
- Extensive experience conducting complex business and system analysis independently.
- Experience working in banking environments, preferably within organizations with multiple branches, legal entities, or subsidiaries.
- Proven experience analyzing and supporting end-to-end business processes across multiple systems, platforms, and organizational units.
- Good understanding of payment formats, messaging standards, and financial transaction workflows.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to payments, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently, proactively drive analysis activities, and deliver actionable recommendations from analysis through implementation.
