Job Summary
Engage in daily standup meetings with the Medical Policy and internal modules. Create and update implementation strategies and design checklists for assigned healthcare policies. Analyze dependencies and assist the Project Manager in identifying risks and issues. Coordinate brainstorming sessions for policy research and design, while assessing impacted operational areas and documenting required materials. Liaise with operational and development teams to promote needs, define scope with DHCS, and lead execution of provider manuals and messaging campaigns. Assist with artifact updates, operational training, and fielding escalations. Collaborate with key delivery teams including Publications and Operational Training.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Healthcare Industry
- Working knowledge of software development concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quantitative analysis tools
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) experience and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements
- Influential team player with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of communicating complex technical concepts to business leaders, clients, and technical stakeholders
- Must be able to use video cameras during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
