Job Summary
Analyze client business needs and create technical solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for requirements from various stakeholders. Conduct business analysis workshops, prepare technical concepts with cost estimates, and draft user stories and official requirement documentation. Verify tender questions and technical documentation, build relationships with clients, and provide technical support to sales and developer teams. Collaborate with programmers, testers, and UX designers to ensure high-quality solutions, while working with project managers on scope and scheduling. Oversee the software development process to deliver value to the end customer. This role supports the Polish Cloud & Application team in translating business goals into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- highly developed analytical skills
- ability to identify problems and propose useful solutions
- ability to quickly adapt and acquire knowledge about new, previously unknown areas
- advanced English language proficiency (C1 level)
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both in building relationships and trust with Clients and within the team
- ability to co-create the technical part of the offer
- understanding of the significance of IT in business and the ability to communicate the importance of technical decisions to business
- experience as a Proxy PO - support in managing priorities, roadmap knowledge, backlog support, and supporting the Product Owner on the client side with ad hoc tasks
