Job Summary
Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to bridge business processes and Salesforce platform capabilities across lead-to-cash, customer onboarding, and commercial change. Lead functional design and configuration, own end-to-end requirements lifecycle from discovery to validation and delivery, assess and optimise existing Salesforce configurations, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. Provides UAT coordination, documentation, and governance within Agile/SAFe delivery. Requires deep Salesforce platform knowledge, ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, and strong stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Salesforce functional consulting or business analysis
- Deep hands-on experience across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required)
- Revenue Cloud / CPQ experience desirable
- Experience delivering Salesforce implementations, migrations, or significant enhancements in a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and integration patterns
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Billing or Revenue Cloud in a commercial environment is a strong advantage
- Experience across lead-to-cash processes including quoting, order management, billing, and customer account management is highly valued
- Expert in requirements gathering, functional design documentation, and UAT coordination
- Workshop facilitation across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of Agile or SAFe delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira and standard productivity/AI tools
- Salesforce certifications are preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist)
- A relevant university degree is required
- Formal Business Analysis training or certification is preferred
