Job Summary
Technical Business Analyst collaborating with clients, product managers, UX, developers, and sales teams to define, shape, and validate solutions. Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements using user story format; write precise and testable acceptance criteria; ensure traceability and alignment with technical teams. Facilitate collaboration, resolve ambiguities, and support decision-making; participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered features. Contribute to product demonstrations, respond to RFP/RFI inputs with structured information, and explain solutions to clients. Bring strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; comfortable working in Agile environments; familiar with APIs, data flows, architectures, and AI tools to support thinking, writing, and analysis in day-to-day work.
