Job Summary
Gather and document requirements for origination and lending platform design initiatives while analyzing customer journeys across Cards, Loans, and Mortgages workstreams. Support fraud-related process and systems analysis across relevant delivery initiatives by collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements. Validate requirements and track delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires 8–12 years of overall experience with mandatory 5 years in BFSI. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred, with a maximum 30-day notice period. Candidates can be based at any India delivery location, with a preference for Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Exposure to origination/lending platform design and customer journeys
- Exposure to delivering projects in the areas of Cards, Loans, and Mortgages
