Business Analyst - Forecasting Allocation & Replenishment

Job Summary
As a Business Analyst - Forecasting Allocation & Replenishment, you’ll guide Product Owners and stakeholders on analysis best practices, elicit and document business needs, translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, manage requirement prioritization (MoSCoW), support testing/UAT, and drive adoption and continuous improvement. You’ll work with stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure solutions meet business expectations, leveraging Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence). Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BA within retail/eCommerce, strong SDLC and Agile experience, excellent communication, and a data-analytic mindset; desirables include Power BI/Tableau and certifications (IIBA/BCS/Scrum). The role is hybrid in Dublin, Ireland, with 1-2 days working from home.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis or relationship management within retail or eCommerce environments
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proven ability to translate business needs into requirements
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Desirable: Power BI/Tableau, IIBA/BCS/Scrum
