Job Summary
Business Analyst - Forecasting Allocation & Replenishment focused on guiding product owners and stakeholders in analysis, documenting business needs, and translating them into clear requirements and acceptance criteria. Responsibilities include prioritising requirements (MoSCoW), maintaining traceability, supporting testing and UAT, and driving adoption and continuous improvement within the analysis community. Requires 3+ years in BA/relationship management in retail or eCommerce, hands-on Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban), proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence, strong communication, and analytical problem-solving; desirable certifications in Power BI/Tableau, IIBA/BCS/Scrum.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Business Analysis or relationship management within retail or eCommerce environments
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle with hands-on experience in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proven ability to translate business needs into requirements with practical experience in software delivery contexts
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence for backlog and project management
- Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
