Job Summary
Analyze business requirements for lending and development bank processes, then translate them into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA and ERP environments. Support implementation and customization of the Digital Workplace for Development Banks solution while collaborating with stakeholders to design customer portals. Manage test activities including user acceptance testing to ensure successful delivery. This role focuses on helping financial institutions modernize operations through innovative software solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Experience in lending or development banks
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fioneer Solutions such as CML, CMS and development banks specific solutions
- Experience with customer portals, core banking or digital banking platforms
- Familiarity with methodologies such as BPMN, Agile (e.g. Prince2 Agile) and testing standards (ISTQB)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams
