Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support operational and strategic initiatives. Translate business needs into functional specifications and clear documentation for technical and non-technical teams. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements, including inventory management and supply chain coordination. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions that improve business processes. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Perform gap analysis, assist in user acceptance testing, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, employee, and operational information. Lead the variable compensation process for performance-based plans. This fully onsite role reports to the office in Fort Myers, FL, within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring flexibility for extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 2–5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process mapping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines
- Please Note: The Business Analyst role is a fully onsite position reporting to our office in Florida
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience with inventory management, supply chain coordination, or operations analytics is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred experience with Power Query and Power Pivot
