Job Summary
Business Analyst, IT project delivery for Financial Services at Sopra Steria in Schiltigheim (Grand Est, FR). Responsibilities include piloting project progress and coordinating stakeholders, eliciting and analyzing client needs, leading workshops to frame requirements, translating user needs into functional specifications or Cahier des Charges, bridging between technical teams and business, overseeing testing and solution validation, training users, and supporting deployment. Requires 5+ years of IT project experience, a Master level degree (Mastère/Bac+5), and strong Agile/Scrum proficiency with ticketing tools (JIRA or equivalent) and testing tools (UI Path, ALM). Demonstrated ability to facilitate ceremonies, adapt to changing requirements, and contribute to project excellence. Telework up to 2 days per week based on missions; location is Schiltigheim, Grand Est, France.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d'une école d’Ingénieurs ou équivalent universitaire
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la réalisation de projets IT
- Maîtrise des cérémoniaux Agile (Scrum)
- Connaissances outils de ticketing (JIRA ou équivalents)
- Compétences testing (UI Path, ALM)
- Formation Bac+5 / Mastère ou équivalent
- Capacité à travailler en télétravail jusqu’à 2 jours par semaine selon les missions
