Business Analyst

Lead Analyst responsible for documenting business rules, designing test plans, and conducting testing for the .Net conversion of the Facility application. Manage regulatory enhancements for serious injury reporting, background checks, and safety assessments while integrating with the Child Care Provider Online Process and Aspire system. Interact with users and development teams to ensure timely delivery of the Enforcement component, Pre-K indicators, and redesigned renewal training features. Support automatic application generation and address Federal mandates impacting the NYS subsidy program.
