Job Summary
Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems focused on driving cross-functional process improvements, SAP/ERP enhancements, and enterprise governance. You’ll document and coordinate business requirements, assist with transformation initiatives, facilitate communication between business teams and technical resources, support change requests and process readiness activities, and help maintain process documentation, training materials, and onboarding for new tools. The role partners with the Senior Business Process Integration Manager and Master Data Management to enable sustainable operational execution, governance, and audit-aligned records across initiatives. Strong coordination, analytical, and collaboration skills are essential to navigate a fast-paced environment and support ongoing growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations support, process improvement, ERP support, or related business functions
- Experience working within ERP or enterprise business systems environments (SAP experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and related tools
