Job Summary
Monitor Energy Infrastructure market trends, emerging technologies, and customer adoption patterns across BESS, Microgrids, EV Charging, and Data Centers. Track competitor and industry financial performance to evaluate investment priorities and support leadership with strategic business recommendations. Develop annual business strategy, research potential customers, and create profiles to assist Sales Teams with presentations and messaging refinement. Coordinate cross-functional operations with Finance, Marcom, and Leadership teams to consolidate reporting materials and align internal processes. Synthesize operational and technical data to support customer value propositions and energy optimization initiatives. Requires 2+ years of experience in market intelligence or strategy; based in Plano, TX, with a target compensation of $80K-$115K.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Approximately 2+ years of experience within Business Analysis, Market Intelligence, Strategy, Telecom, Infrastructure, Technology, or related industries
- Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working within cross-functional and fast-paced business environments
- Strong organizational, reporting, and stakeholder coordination capabilities
- Ability to synthesize business data into strategic insights and recommendations
- Work Authorization: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Exposure to CRM systems, business reporting tools, and dashboard development

- Understanding of energy infrastructure including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Microgrids, EV Charging Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Data Centers, Critical Power, and Grid Modernization markets.
- Flexibility to occasionally support collaboration across Asia time zones
