Job Summary
Gather and analyze business and cybersecurity reporting requirements from stakeholders, then organize workshops to identify operational and strategic needs. Translate these needs into functional specifications and user stories while designing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Integrate and analyze data from SIEM, vulnerability management tools, CMDB, and Cloud platforms to define and monitor KPIs/KRIs for cybersecurity governance. Contribute to reporting automation using SQL, Python, or PowerShell, and analyze trends to provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment to ensure continuous improvement of reporting solutions and documentation. Fluent French is mandatory for this freelance role based in Rabat.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years as a Business Analyst, Cybersecurity Consultant, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong experience with Power BI, dashboarding, and reporting
- Good knowledge of SQL, Python, PowerShell, and data analysis
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as IAM, PAM, SIEM, vulnerability management, and security governance

Desired Qualifications
