Job Summary
Business Analyst role focused on growth in Gauder’s E-Commerce: own 0-to-1 growth projects across cross-functional teams (supply chain, marketing, product), identify growth levers such as new product categories and international markets, deliver strategic insights from global sales and portfolio data, and optimize commercial performance to maximize revenue and profitability. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business/economics or related field, fluency in German and English (C1), strong analytical skills with large datasets, a structured problem-solving mindset, and proactive, collaborative attitude. Start immediately in Berlin, permanent, in-person work.
