Business Analyst (DXC/MET)

Senior Business Analyst for the MET enterprise application supporting the Mission and Execution Tracker. Responsibilities include assisting with MET policies, processes, and procedures; analyzing MET application performance metrics to inform strategic plans; providing Tier-1 product support and guiding users; coordinating with MET developers to resolve issues; supporting SOPs, user guides, and training materials; managing a prioritized backlog of MET enhancements; assisting with Change Management Board activities for MET upgrades; supporting UAT to verify bug fixes and enhancements; assisting with program reviews and workforce communications on MET matters, including system upgrades and outages; potential involvement with other enterprise-level applications. Active TS/SCI clearance is required; PMP is desired.
