Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes for tokenization, blockchain, and digital wallet initiatives. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to translate needs into user stories and collaborate with Product Owners and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze existing processes to identify optimization opportunities and support User Acceptance Testing and change management. Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role supports strategic client transformation in financial services, banking, and capital markets using Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience within banking, payments, capital markets, insurance, or financial services
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
- Proven experience working on Digital Asset, Blockchain, or Tokenization initiatives within the financial services sector
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into business requirements, user stories, and process documentation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
- Professional proficiency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering Digital Asset or Blockchain initiatives within the financial services industry is considered a strong asset
- Dutch and/or French is considered a strong asset
