Job Summary
Business Analyst within dentsu Global Services acting as a bridge between engineering teams and clients to enable campaign measurement, data integration, and platform automation. Focus areas include API analysis ( Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API ), campaign measurement, and product feed optimization to drive AI-powered, scalable, data-driven decision-making for global clients. Responsibilities encompass requirement elicitation, documentation (BRDs/FRDs), process mapping, Agile/hybrid delivery, stakeholder coordination across time zones, and delivering measurement frameworks, dashboards, and solutions. Proficiency with marketing APIs, data integration concepts, JSON/REST, Jira, and strong communication in English is required. The role supports global and regional rollout, with a Mumbai/Bengaluru/Pune hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6–12 years
- Bridge between engineering teams and product owners (clients)
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation
- Functional documentation
- Process mapping

- Agile / hybrid delivery models
- Stakeholder and delivery management
- Ability to interpret API documentation and translate business needs into API requirements
- Knowledge of API ecosystems: Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API
- Familiarity with JSON and REST concepts
- Experience with Jira or similar tracking tools
- Excellent communication in English
