Job Summary
Lead change management projects and continuous improvement exercises to support government customer missions. Assess current practices, collect information, and analyze industry trends to determine program objectives. Design new projects by analyzing State Department requirements and make recommendations to improve current systems. Prepare technical reports, summarize information and trends, and perform other duties as assigned. Collect and analyze data and evaluation activities, contributing to research findings presented in report form. Work independently or collaboratively with various stakeholders to communicate complicated requirements. Review and edit written documents, maintain meticulous logs and records, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Note: All employees must work onsite at the National Visa Center in Portsmouth, NH, within 90 miles of the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- three (3) or more years of hands-on experience performing administrative, analytical, and project management functions
- U.S. citizenship
- An extraordinary level of attention to detail
- Microsoft Office and Google Chrome proficiency
