Job Summary
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and formalize requirements for AI-based projects. Draft clear functional and technical specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria, while serving as the interface between business and development teams. Coordinate activities with cross-functional groups such as Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure successful product delivery in an Agile environment. Prioritize work and manage the backlog to guarantee solutions meet business needs, technical constraints, and quality standards. Contribute to AI solution delivery by understanding data and model constraints. Requires confirmed Business Analyst experience, Agile mastery, and strong English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
- Excellent mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent)
- Ability to write high-quality specifications (user stories, use cases, process maps)
- Solid technical culture and good understanding of software development concepts
- Good understanding of information systems, APIs, and data flows
- Mastery of English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence / Machine Learning (models, data, training, limitations)
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams (Architecture, Security, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
