Business Analyst – Data & Analytics

Job Summary
Translate business needs into actionable BI solutions and dashboards. Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and data/IT teams to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate them into standardized KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that support data-driven decision-making. Lead workshops to define KPIs and reporting needs, ensure outputs are business-relevant and actionable, support Power BI dashboard development, drive data governance and KPI standardization, and enable stakeholders to interpret dashboards and insights. Requires strong business understanding, stakeholder engagement, and ability to translate operational needs into BI solutions within a project-based, engineering/manufacturing/industrial context. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years in Business Analysis or BI/reporting roles
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience
- Proven experience translating business needs into data and BI solutions
- Mandatory experience in a project-based, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Exposure to finance, business control, or operations domains
- Power BI (incl. Star Schema or similar relations)
- ERP systems (SAP, IFS, Dynamics)
- Understanding of data modelling concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
